Relax & Recover

During your Sports Massage Therapy session, you can expect to receive a customized treatment based on your specific needs and goals. Our therapists will work with you to identify any problem areas and develop a personalized plan of action. You will be asked to remove clothing to your level of comfort and lie on a massage table, covered with a sheet. Our therapists use a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and stretching, to help you achieve optimal results. After your session, you may experience some soreness or tenderness, which is normal and should subside within a day or two.

Regular sports massage therapy can have a profound impact on your athletic performance and overall wellbeing. Depending on your individual needs and training schedule, we recommend coming in for a sports massage every 2-4 weeks to maintain optimal muscle function and prevent injury. By regularly scheduling sports massages, you can help reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility and range of motion, and enhance your recovery time after workouts or events. Our experienced massage therapists will work with you to create a customized treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
